The Wolfe County shelter has transferred sisters Tori and Daisy Mae to The Arrow Fund due to an active, severe torture investigation. While the legal process unfolds locally, our priority is entirely medical. We are assessing the full extent of both dogs’ injuries to provide immediate, life-saving intervention.
