Rocko came from an extremely high profile news story when SWAT did a raid on a drug house and found 19 dogs living in crates there. Since he has been in doggie foster care, Rocko has learned how to love and be a dog again.
Rocko is dog-friendly, you don’t have to crate him–he prefers that. Rocko prefers a nice space heater over destruction any day! He’s mostly house trained.
