Pepper

Pepper, a small Boston terrier mix, was recently turned into Louisville Metro Animal Services where it quickly became clear that she needed urgent help. She was at great risk for having her badly neglected, withering hind leg amputated.
Animal advocates reached out to The Arrow Fund, knowing Pepper’s recovery would require both expensive surgery and an extended healing period in a loving foster home.
