Lucy

Lucy was brought to The Arrow Fund as a puppy coming out of one of the most horrific situations a puppy could ever be in. Both her and her brother were rescued and Lucy had been a TAF forever foster for four years due to her PTSD. But recently, her long-time foster, Katy, suggested that she should be adopted and find a forever home. One of our fosters, Lois, liked Lucy so much that she said yes. Now, Lucy has a forever home and we could not be more excited for her and Lois!
