ABANDONED AND TIED UP AND AT A PLAYGROUND IN 90+ HEAT WITH NO WATER! Jude is approximately 4 months old and about 25 pounds. We are so thankful she was found in time. Leaving a dog tied up outside in this type of heat can be deadly.
