Frosty

Frosty is a young special needs poodle who was found in agonizing pain lying in a crate on a porch unable to move. It is unclear how long he had been in this condition, but he had a fractured spine from suspected abuse, severe urine scalding, contusions on his belly consistent with being kicked, and he had begun to chew off his paw from either hunger or pain. Frosty has fully recovered now but will never be able to walk normally. While Frosty has custom made wheels so he can go on walks with his new family, he is very fast at scooting around the house using his front legs.
