Churro is what we refer to as a crusty–nearly her entire coat upon intake from the 205+ Western KY hoard, was crusted over. But we predict in a month, her hair will be back and she’ll feel like herself again due to her amazing foster’s work with gentle baths and lotions. The rest of her story coming soon!
