CHARLIE HAS FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME! Charlie joined The Arrow Fund family when he was 4 months old. He was listed for free on Facebook due to having Neurological issues. A TAF supporter picked him up and called us for help. His Veterinary team discovered he had hydrocephalus. Charlie had surgery for a ventriculoperitoneal shunt and is doing well! Charlie is a very special boy, and we are so happy that he has found his person!
