Elsa

When Elsa first arrived at TAF, her condition was dire. Severely emaciated and exhausted from a long period of neglect, she had very little strength left to fight. Despite receiving immediate, around-the-clock specialty care and finally knowing the comfort of a soft bed and a gentle touch, Elsa’s body was simply too frail to overcome the damage it had sustained. We are heartbroken that her time with us was so short, but we find peace knowing that her final hours were filled with dignity and love.
