Samantha found a perfect home where she is cherished and treated like a queen.
Thank you to the Lawson family for opening your home to Samantha and for choosing rescue. As you may remember Samantha came to us with her sister Sabrina (who was adopted in December) emaciated and heartworm positive. After months of treatment we are happy to report that she is heartworm free and loving her forever home!
Sabrina’s Christmas Wish came true!
Sabrina has found her forever home where she has two furry brothers, including Arrow Fund alum King. We could not be happier for her and her new family.
Thank you for helping make this Christmas miracle through your support. Every like, comment and share helps spread our mission. We appreciate all our supporters every day but especially in this holiday season.
Beautiful Sabrina will be ready for her forever home just in time for Christmas.
Sabrina came to us after living a life on a chain and was heartworm positive. She has undergone treatment and will be ready for a home where she will be treated as a queen. Sabrina is great on a leash and good with other dogs. She loves to be near her person.
Sabrina came to us emaciated and heartworm positive. She is gaining weight and has completed heartworm treatment. Her final heartworm test is set for December 24 to confirm that treatment was successful.
She is doing well in her foster home, where she is described as introverted and demure she loves to be petted and loved. She is a gentle soul.
Thanks as always for your support. We couldn’t do this without you.
Introducing Sabrina and Samantha
Sabrina and Samantha came to us a little over a month ago but for their protection we have been unable to post about them, until now.
Sabrina (tri-color) and Samantha (sable) were involved in an abuse case and were rehomed by another agency. Unfortunately they did not go to a good home and were kept tied outside, among other issues. The Arrow Fund stepped in to protect these sweet angels. They came to us very thin (body scale 3) and matted, and upon intake it was discovered that both are heartworm positive.
They are both in foster homes where they are thriving while undergoing treatment. The first picture is upon intake and the others are in their foster homes.
Any further details on this case will not be discussed to protect these sweet girls.
