THE ARROW FUND’S ECLIPSE
IS EASY ON YOUR EYES !
Pup that was physically kicked from vehicle causing trouble breathing due to fluid in the lungs from the trauma .
Eclipse was sent to his foster home but is now having a gurgling cough when laying down so Dr. Rizzo has been contacted . We are waiting on a call back . So this boy may head back to the hospital. We hope not , but we need to do what is best for this precious boy . Eclipse is such a sweet baby !
Thanks to Rick Jervis and Cheryl Noggle for once again doing whatever is needed for our Arrow Fund babies !
New Case – Eclipse
Male 4 month old – someone witnessed this baby being physically kicked out from a vehicle and hitting the pavement. We were told he had a possible broken jaw when contacted by Metro Animal Services in Louisville, Kentucky . They have make of vehicle and vague description of person – no tag numbers . They will investigate with what information they have . The Arrow Fund agreed to take this boy and give him the care he needed .
Upon intake ulcerations were discovered on the roof of his mouth . He also had fluid present in his lungs and required oxygen. Eclipse was immediately placed in an oxygen tank . He also has a very high white count . Blood vessels broken in left eye . He is being observed and further testing will take place .
Sadly we were at capacity but we took Eclipse anyway . Without a facility it is getting harder and harder to continue at this pace . The cases keep coming . Please help us make our dream of a facility a reality ….
